Banana and Soy Milk Ice Cream
Brace yourself: This Banana and Soy Milk Ice Cream might just be your new favorite indulgence. You won’t believe it’s dairy-free! Plus, it’s a good way to get some protein and vitamins while satisfying your sweet tooth.
Yields: 6 servings
1 cup soy milk
1 ½ cups frozen bananas, chopped
3 tablespoons honey
2 each lemon juice
Method of Preparation:
1. Puree the ingredients together in a blender.
2. Place into an ice cream machine. Process in the machine, according to manufacturer’s instructions for timing. The finished product will be similar to soft serve.
3. The ice cream may be kept for three days frozen before it must be re-melted and spun again.
